You choose a team consisting of the actual number of players playing in the real game. The contests end at the actual time of the game. Once the match starts in real you cannot make any changes (after deadline).
As per these below three points, the court has termed DREAM11 a “Game of Mere Skill”
TRANSPARENCY:
Every user has an equal opportunity of creating a team within the budget of 100 credits.
The credits for each player does not change during the match or for different contests.
Teams cannot be modified after the deadline. This ensures that all users would have the same time limit to finalize and submit their teams.
TRUST:
All users need to submit PAN card and bank details as a one-time process before starting to withdraw the cash winnings.
Payments made to Dream 11 for playing cash leagues are made through secure channels and are not stored by Dream11.
Dream11 employees are not allowed to play which highlights the TRUST factor.
DREAM11 RESPONSIBILITY:
All user information is only for the verification process and not stored. If a user suffers an accrued loss of Rs.25000 Dream11 will email informing them of the same. It does not facilitate cash transactions.
If the matches are abandoned no matter at what point of time in real-time, Dream11 refunds the entry fee that you have paid to join leagues.
